The Club needs YOUR HELP to keep it running. Since we are member run, we can use any help we can get. We will always post on the FB page and send out emails when events are happening.

The VOLUNTEER INCENTIVE PROGRAM was designed to keep track of all the hard work you’ve done and earn awesome keepsakes as a thank you. Simply track your hours on the log, and give it to Stephanie Simpson before the November 1st meeting. Lots of things count as hours - from clean ups to holding gates at shows, there’s ALWAYS something that can be done.

After 10 hours, you will receive a “thank you” package. The top 3 volunteers will get an award prize that is something pretty cool!

It’s not a requirement to help, but it’s always seriously appreciated.

Donating ITEMS and MONEY are also counted as “hours”. Please note; the chair person accepting the donated items has to approve them at a monetary rate to be considered hours. Seriously worn or used items will not be approved as logged volunteer hours.

Every $20 = 1 Hour Volunteered.
